IT specialist, system integration

After successfully completing a three-year training program, the IT specialist can plan, configure, organize, and install IT systems and limit and/or correct system malfunctions.
Prerequisites for this career training program include a school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification, good knowledge of math and English, good grasp of technical systems, ability to think clearly on complex matters and good communications skills.

 

Packaging machinery technician

After three years of comprehensive training, the packaging machinery technician will work in the stamping and bonding departments in our company. During training, he or she will learn how to operate interesting and high-value plant and machinery, some of which will be computer-controlled.
School leaving certificate, technical skills and an ability to handle modern machinery are the main requirements for training to become a packaging machinery technician.

 

Bookbinder – print post-production

During the three-year training program the bookbinder will learn how to use special machinery to trim and fold printed materials from the print shop. He or she will set up special machinery including a paper counter and folding machine, monitor operation, check product quality, and regularly clean/maintain the machines.
A good school leaving certificate is required. Good technical abilities and accuracy will be advantageous.

 

Offset printer

After three years' training, the offset printer will produce high-quality folding boxes for the pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and consumer goods industries. He or she will operate modern sheet-fed offset printers. During the training period, the measuring, regulating and control features of the machinery will be learned along with color mixing according to specification.
School leaving certificate, technical understanding and an ability to handle modern machinery are the main requirements for training to become an offset printer.

Warehouse and logistics specialist

After three years' career training, the warehouse and logistics specialist will work in the field of logistical planning and organization. Using mechanical handling equipment, tasks include acceptance of goods delivered, loading, stowing, transporting, and packaging. Further tasks encompass stock control, preparation of loading lists, processing of dispatch and accompanying documentation as well as stocktaking.
School leaving certificate, good with figures, an interest in working with EDP and physical strength are requirements for training to become a warehouse and logistics specialist.
